Tom Hardy

Mr. Hardy has extensive background in real estate and finance. This background includes both public sector and private sector work with a focus on executing sophisticated financial transactions. Mr. Hardy has an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. He also has a master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Hardy is licensed to practice real estate both in the Commonwealth of PA and the State of NY. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, and the Urban Land Institute.
