His leadership is supported by our team of professionals with expertise in various disciplines including accounting, operations, property management, legal, and turnaround management.
Our team has helped University Foundations, Medical Centers and Governments with unique real estate questions that are often not faced by those in the private sector.
Engagements have included transition services when a large university foundation acquired an income producing office building, helping state government review new lease terms from an owners perspective and teaching a large medical consortium how best to operate their newly acquired multi-tenanted lab space.
Having served on Zoning Hearing Boards, Planning Commissions and multiple Economic Development Boards and we provide a unique perspective that combines both private sector and government experience.
