Business Attraction to Knowledge Park at Penn State Behrend
Our team has been retained by Pennsylvania State University to provide Asset Management and Property Management Services for Knowledge Park at Penn State Behrend since 2017. In the Fall of 2023, the Altair team led the negotiation on behalf of Knowledge Park at Penn State Behrend related to the real estate transaction for Kyocera AVX, a global manufacturer of advanced electronic components, is building an 55,000-square-foot office, research, and production facility in Knowledge Park at Penn State Behrend.
Previous to this, the Altair team led the negotiation on behalf of Knowledge Park at Penn State Behrend related to the real estate transaction for Truck-Lite Co., LLC, a world wide leader in LED lighting systems for commercial vehicles which relocated its headquarters to Penn State Behrend’s Knowledge Park Campus. Truck-Lite leases a nearly 30,000 square foot space from Penn State Behrend for its back-office operations and houses approximately 90 employees.
