With a background in real estate strategy, data analytics, and enterprise transformation, Julia brings a practical, results-driven approach to solving complex operational challenges. She has led large-scale initiatives from strategy through execution, aligning stakeholders, improving processes, and delivering measurable outcomes that support both client success and internal efficiency.

She holds an MBA from DePaul University, a BS in Marketing & Logistics from John Carroll University, and a Data & Analytics certificate from the University of Chicago.
